Excel Child Therapy and their marketing team maintain this course site, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website and purchasing a course indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Excel Child Therapy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site or purchase a course.
1. Use of the Course
The course purchase is strictly for one person only and not for multiple viewers. The course is competitively priced and is for one person per transaction. Should you wish to take SAT1 for a group, please get in touch. Excel Child Therapy provides courses with various professional materials, information, advice, quizzes and other information on this and within the courses and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). Excel Child Therapy authorises each User to view and download one copy of the Materials. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarise, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorised use of the Site.
2. Geographic location
If you, as a User, purchase Materials/Courses from this Site or Excel Child Therapy outside of the UK, our terms of service still apply.
3. Course Completion
As a course user you have read an understand you have 30 days access to the online course. During which time you can access and complete the course in your own time and after 30 days the course access will expire you will no longer have access. Please download your certificate within 30 days. Any technical issues please contact us. If for any reason you are unable to complete your course within 30 days and you wish to extend your course access there will be an admin fee of £25 for us to set this up.
4. Trademark and Copyright
Excel Child Therapy and certain other brands, trademarks, and service marks are marks of Excel Child Therapy and its affiliates. The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorised use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5. Hyperlinks
Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. Excel Child Therapy has not reviewed all of these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

The Materials provided at this site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Excel Child Therapy further does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the Materials at this Site. 9. CPD accreditation
All Excel Child Therapy Sensory Awareness Training Courses have been previously accredited by the CPD standard office in the United Kingdom.
10. Course cancellation
Due to the nature of the valuable sessions you will be receiving and copyright, no refunds will be issued for changing your mind once you enrol/pay for any Excel Child Therapy Sensory Awareness Training Course.
11. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for cancellations after 24 hrs of booking onto a course unless in special circumstances.
12. Payment Methods
Payment may be made online via our secure payment facility, credit/debit card or PAYPAL™.
13. Contact
Any technical issues/questions during sign up/enrolment/during the course or upon completion/downloading certificate, please contact [email protected] during or after your course. Office hours only (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday) . Any messages received outside of these hours will be dealt with during office hours only.
14. Effective Date and Updates
The Terms are effective as 1st September 2022 and are subject to change without notice by Excel Child Therapy at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
